Permission first
VITARE publishes an athlete's story, name, likeness, or imagery only with the separate written permission of the athlete or their authorized representative. Submitting a form is not permission to publish.
Website imagery
Photography used across this website is identity-neutral and does not depict, imply, or represent any specific athlete, club, competition, or endorsement. Logos, kits, and identifying marks are intentionally avoided.
Ownership
Produced VITARE stories, edits, and written features remain the property of VITARE. Athletes retain the rights to their own likeness and may agree to usage terms in writing before publication.
Corrections and removal
To request a correction, additional context, or removal of published material, email vitaresports@gmail.com. Requests from athletes and their representatives are prioritized.
