VITARE collects only the information you choose to submit through our contact and athlete story forms: your name, email address, optional phone number, and the details you provide about yourself or the athlete you represent.
How we use your information
Submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and to prepare potential storytelling conversations. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Storage and security
Submissions are stored in a secured database accessible only to authorized VITARE administrators, and are transmitted over encrypted connections. Email notifications are delivered through our transactional email provider.
Publication
Nothing you submit is published. Any story is only published after a separate, explicit written permission from the athlete or their authorized representative.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submitted information at any time by emailing vitaresports@gmail.com.
